aeg365 Terms and Conditions

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" — refers to the aeg365 website (https://aeg365.lat) and all its associated services, pages and features.
• "User" / "You" — any person who accesses the platform or creates an account.
• "Account" — a user's personal account registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer, bonus credit or free bet provided by aeg365.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition specifying the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BDT / ৳ / Taka" — Bangladeshi Taka, the only supported currency on this platform.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, aeg365 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the balance. If your information changes, update your account immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

You must use a supported payment method to deposit funds at aeg365. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete.
• aeg365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Bonuses may only be used in your own account and cannot be transferred.
• aeg365 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, aeg365 may cancel the bonus and review the account.
• VIP members will receive additional benefits according to their tier — see the VIP section for details.

The aeg365 VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Cashback is calculated on net losses each week and credited to the account at regular intervals. aeg365 reserves the right to change the VIP terms and conditions at any time.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent cancellation by aeg365:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated bots, software or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Fraudulent activity against other users.
• Allowing a minor to use the account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your password with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

• The support team will review the dispute and attempt to resolve it within a reasonable time.
• If the matter is not resolved at the support level, it will be escalated to senior management.
• In all disputes, the final decision of aeg365 will be considered binding.
